Columbia students and uptowners take note: there's a new BYOB near campus. Joining established neighborhood BYOB A Cafe, La Belle is a cozy French/Italian restaurant that offers live jazz on Saturdays and a $25 prix fixe menu from 6 - 7:30 pm. The food has gotten good reviews on yelp, as has the owner.
