Considering how small the portions are, tapas usually isn't a good value--unless it's BYOB, of course. The former chef of Boqueria has opened his own tapas joint, Caliu, in the West Village. Tapas range from $5 to $10. Check out the yelp reviews here, and get there before their liquor license does.
